We are Less Grey

Less Grey is a VAT specialist firm. We are distinguished by a focus on quality and personal contact. Our experience gives us efficient processes, expert knowledge and strong digital tools. We use these attributes to offer our clients personal support. We do this by, among other things, acting as tax representative, carrying out tax procedures, providing support on a project basis and assisting with foreign VAT refunds.

We are based in Alkmaar and pride ourselves on our down-to-earth, North Holland perspective when dealing with VAT issues. Our client portfolio includes both national and international companies, from SME entrepreneurs in the region to internationally based enterprises.

What do you do as an administrative assistant at Less Grey?

From our office in Alkmaar you will work for companies that have obligations in the Netherlands as well as in other countries. You will check the accuracy of invoices and ensure that they are correctly entered into the software system. You prepare and submit declarations and report findings and corrections so that the process can be improved.

What we are looking for

We are looking for in you a supportive jack-of-all-trades in our financial administration department. Qualifications include:

  • You have successfully completed an MBO/HBO education towards Financial Administrative Assistant.
  • You are good at collaboration and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are accurate and professionally critical.
  • You are proactive and know how to discern priorities.
  • You have experience with automated systems (basic computer knowledge).
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language both verbally and in writing.
  • You can work well with EXCEL.
